Tina Brooks has lived in Colorado Springs for the past 20 years. She has been in the housing and building industry for over 25 years. She was a co-owner of a local custom woodworking manufacturing company established in 1992. Her experience includes home and commercial projects nationwide. She has worked with some of the top architects, interior designers and builders around the country. Past projects range from local fix and flips to large commercial projects from New York to Los Angeles. After raising her two children, both of whom graduated from University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS), she has stepped away from her family business to serve her true passion of helping people find their perfect home. She continuously seeks to stay ahead of the game when it comes to market education and trends. Her knowledge and expertise in the Colorado Springs market serves her clients well.
